they need to check goods before they send them out this is the second set of sheets I have returned because they are stained with red dye

Service was quick and duvet cover arrived ? The next day. Had asked for a Cotten duvet so presumed an Egyptian Cotten one would come. A sateen one came which I accepted but I think I should have been given a choice.

I never received a tracking notification or a price match when the item was reduced within a week. Will spend my money elsewhere. Not worth the time. Thanks.

Dear Paris, thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear about the above, but we have since been in touch via email and the item was reduced due to a flash sale we had. We tried to text you updates for your parcel but the number had been inputted incorrectly. As per our email correspondence, we can run you through the returns process for you send the items back for a full refund.

Poor customer service. A warranty that is do restricted you may as well not offer a warranty Problems with the fitted sheets and mattress protector being oversize by 8cm Still waiting for a supposed call back from the MD.

We have thoroughly investigated the matter and our colleague Chris has been in touch over email and phone. As per our records, it was clearly mentioned in our terms and conditions that the product should not be washed and used. Unfortunately, it appears that the product was washed contrary to our guidelines. While we empathize with your situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the return of the product due to the violation of our terms and conditions. The guidelines we provide are in place to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of our products. Deviating from these instructions may lead to irreversible damage. As per Chris's offer we have offered some alternative solutions but these did not seem acceptable to yourself. My order was loving selected by one of the team, however the team member overlooked flaws in both the products I ordered clearly visible through the front of the packaging! Really disappointed that the products were even thought suitable to be sent out! Money was returned promptly - would however have rather had the sheets I ordered and not have to continue looking.

PRODUCE A BETTER QUALITY FINISH ON EACH ITEM SEEMS EXCESS FABRIC ON ONE SIDE OF PILLOWCASE - CANNOT BE IRONED FLAT. NOT THE FIRST TIME HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS VERY UNSATISFACTORY FINISH. AS USUAL - SEVERAL LOOSE AND LONG THREADS ALONG SEAMS.

This item Is shorter than the depth advertised at 48cm and did not fully cover my bed base which is only 40cm.

Shocked the vendor did not advise additional VAT charges into ROI at time of purchase. Considerably increased price and diminished value of purchase. Notified of additional charges by DPD prior to delivery. Tainted experience and will avoid further purchases from this vendor and from UK.
