Delivery is very quick. I initially bought the fitted sheet from you because of the depth of the box and that is brilliant and the sheet stays on the bed .Initially, I bought a 200 thread count and that was really rough and uncomfortable, so I sent for a400. Thread count .It isn’t as rough as the original but still not comfortable.

The sheets that I ordered are really good quality and have washed well. The organising of the delivery by DPD apart from the box in which the sheet were sent was very bad. It was open at the top and the free Lavender spray stopped the lid from staying closed. This meant that the package with the open top was left by the DPD courier (Jack I think) at my back gate instead of in my front porch which I requested with a note on the door to the porch. The package could have been stolen or been soaked out in the open had it been raining. A great shame which spoilt the star rating.

I ordered long single bed sheets and when I opened them it just says single on them. I phoned and was expecting to be asked to return them, but the person I spoke to was convinced that the sheets would fit just as well as the “long”. I’ve put them on the beds this morning and if I’m in any doubt after using them and laundering them Ishall be returning them straight away. I don’t like the uncertainty.

I wasn’t told my parcel was in store. Although it was their day after being delivered. I only knew it was there when I called in store to check . But very pleased with product and

When I ordered the two bed valances the young man on the phone was excellent, very helpful.On reception of the order, the valances were cream and NOT off white, as stated. Cream was never mentioned . Also the fabric was poorer quality than on the photos. The system of fitting them is good. But The buality is disappointing

This website was easy to navigate, checkout straightforward and delivery earlier than expected. The product was not the quality expected. The face cloths were quite thin and shrank even on a 40 degree wash.

Ordering and delivery service very good. Product pretty thin so pattern on the divan is still visible in places through the material, hence the rating.

I'm not sure this is for public review as it's more in nature of a query. We have been longstanding purchasers from Belledorm but wonder if the sheet is still the same as previous purchases. The edging is very different and it is a lot lighter than previous purchases so we wonder if the specification has changed? Hence three stars. Can say that service was excellent, as was speed of delivery. Packaging fine.

They promise quick delivery. This was the reason to buy from them. Delivery did not happen on the due date. The company was contacted and the delay was blamed on missing info on the PayPal account. Strange that I’ve bought many things on that account and all have been delivered when promised. The company traced the parcel and it was eventually delivered.. the Product is ok but no better than many others at a lower price

The website was easy to use, delivery good and packaged very well. The customer service was not good, that is why I only gave 3 stars. I e mailed with a complaint about the socks slipping off the end of my feet that made them unsafe to wear, but received no answer to my complaint

Buttons to do up duvet very poor quality think after a couple of washes they will come off would be disappointed if I had paid full price didn’t receive free gift

Ordering and Delivery good. I washed the brushed cotton sheets (fitted and flat sheet) before placing on the bed. Pleased that they kept me warm but cannot recommend them as they leave a trail of fluff/bits everywhere. I need to vacuum the carpet around the bed daily.
